Printer toner

I found that HP Online has regular specials on ink and toner and I stock up when it is really cheap.
I've bought refills from Inky at a reduced price but it appears as if HP monitors foreign cartridges, so I'm getting notices in this regard.
They can however refill HP cartridges which makes it much more affordabkle.

Its because there is a chip built into the toner which monitors the printing and will have a conflict when a so called generic is installed.

Please advise who is refilling the toner.
