Pay Roll System

Hi all.
In short: I need help!
I created a Pay Roll system with the following characteristics:
• Contain one file. (Windows based)
• Current test version, one employer, 60 employees.
• Automated PAYE & UIF calculations (allowances, (travel for instance (4201) etc.) the whole “tuti”.
• Print all reports and payslips (paper or pdf) as well as EMP501 csv file for inport on e@syFile.
• This file is only 1’927kb’s.
• No 3rd party software required except Windows Excel and Adobe pdf.
The problem is in order to successfully develop it to a proper secure (intellectual property protected) and distributable system (app) I need human and financial support.
How do I go about it.
