Their single user software is free.

Multi user version is cloud based and costs 49 USD / month or 490 USD / year

Locally there is Omni that has a really unique way of determining price.

Quickbooks online is ok if your needs are simple.

    Hi Fareed

I have seen that some people perceive Pastel as expensive, not sure why. Xpress is firly inexpensive. R4k per year, which is around R350 per month for unlimited companies.

Why do you feel it is expensive? I think with other package you may save a few bucks a month, but it is not for unlimited companies.

As far as I know, I believe Sage now has a monthly payment option for Pastel as well, which may suite you better.

What I believe you need to consider is the cost of needing to learn a new piece of software. It often needs a fair amount of time investment for you to go to new software.

    Hope it helps.

    Kindest regards,
    Alec
