I am hoping someone can give me some advice.
I recently switched ISP for my fibre from Fibrestream to Afrihost.
What should have been a simple switch us turning into a nightmare experience.1
I spent all of yesterday on the phone or on Afrihost's WhatsApp support trying to connect to the internet, without success.
I can confirm that there is an active fibre line in my house as when I connect direct to the fibre "ONT" using a cable to my laptop I can access the net.
When I connect to their router supplied which is a Huawei Wifi AX3, nothing works, whether with a cable or wireless.
Afrihost support had me changing the router settings to try and resolve the issue yet nothing worked. I am almost ready to cancel the agreement with Afrihost and seek another ISP:-(
Anyone else had any similar experience and ideas on how to fix the problem.
I am desperate to have the line up as we use it for work.
Appreciate any advice.
