May I suggest that if your payroll system does not have a facility built in to generate a file to import into e@syFile, that you consider capturing the employee and IRP5/3(a) data manually in e@syFile. The viability of going this route is dependent on the number of employees, of course. However, there is less likelihood of technical difficulties or an unintended data error going the manual input route rather than manually building a csv.

Just a thought for you to consider.
