Pastel Xpress - does it have to be renewed annually ?

If you purchased the Pastel Xpress program, but then use it for private home use, and not a business, do you still have to pay/renew it annually ?

It depends on when you bought the package.

Up until a few years ago, you had a choice of purchasing a package with a perpetual licence, without the benefit of getting upgrades, or purchasing an annual licence with upgrades.

More recently, there is no such choice available, and all packages can only be purchased on a subscription basis.

The issue of personal vs business use is irrelevant in all cases.

If you can send me a private message with your package's base serial number, I can check on which basis the package was purchased.
