    Hi Zany1000

The person's IRP5 data will be populated on his tax return. If you use a payroll program there ought to be an IRP5 from that system too.

Thanks for help. My employee says when they refresh the data the irp5 doesn't populate.however when I check my paye dashboard it shows I submitted 2 certificates. Not sure why it didn't pull on her side. Can I resubmit my irp5s for that period?

You could I guess. I have a scenario now where SARS have duplicated the submission..... in other words they did not cancel the first one, so they are demanding a considerable sum from the client, whereas they have erred. That also means they are non-compliant which effects their ETI as well as their TERS relief. I mention this only so that you know there are risks.

If your employee's data is correct, ie the tax nmber and ID number, then I find it strange that it does not appear on the tax return.
