eFiling stopped working for me. I have Admin Rights. I could log in and see all the tax payers on my portfolio but zero access to returns or history. Tried daily for three days as I was trying to submit our prov. tax return.
Contact centre had no idea why I could not access eFiling.
So this is what I tried and it worked.
On eFiling profile click User, click Change Details, click Update User Rights.
All working perfectly now.
