Hi, I submitted the IRP5's on time via EasyFile, and SARS said they weren't received, therefore did it again. Checked and IRP5 had loaded to my profile and other staff members, so all good.

Now SARS has contacted 2 persons to say nothing received/submitted, they didn't generate on these staff members' profiles, and their tax numbers are correct.

Would this have anything to do with Browsrr vs Chrome?

Can't understand how one can have a successful submission with this sort of glitch, this is the first time I am experiencing this.
