Pastel Express V11 update

Could anyone help me. My laptop crashed and i had to reinstall Pastel Express version 11, but i cannot work as the version installed is older than the one I saved. I need to know if anyone can help me with updates from V11 install to Version 11 Build 11.3.1

After downloading the file, unzip/extract it before starting the installation.

Hi Everyone. I'm new to this forum plus quite new to Pastel. I've updated to Pastel Express 17 some time ago, however my laptop was stolen recently and I lost quite a bit of information. Not to worry about that, as I had back ups of most of my things. My problem is that for one of my companies that is dormant and I'm closing down shortly only had zipped files going back to Feb 2016 so i need to reload this and update the few transactions that took place thereafter. When I try and open it, it says that this is still in version 11 and I need to update it to version 12 before I can import it to version 17. Please can someone help me with this. BTW - I'm a techno doffie so nothing too complicated please

Hi Sue,

You need to use Xpress V17's Conversion utility to convert the V11 company to V12. After that you can open the V12 company and V17 will do the final conversion to V17.

Please help. I tried to open my company and suddenly it says that the company was created with a later version of pastel express version 11 and cannot be opened.

Please would you mind sharing the above link. I had to reload Pastel Xpress V11 and the build is to low for me to open the companies.
