Leave days

How do I calculate annual leave days for an employee who works 7 hours per day 4 days a week?

I have a question...I work from Monday to Friday office hours. When I do put in leave for lets say two weeks ; must i putin leave for 14 days or just 10 days. In other words , do i have to put in leave for the weekends as well or not?

If your contract says 14 working days then weekends and public holidays are not included.
