Hi there, I was on probation for 3 months, employed by an employment agency. The 3 months lapsed after which I continued with the job with no one coming to me saying whether or not the probation is extended or I become permanent.
One month later, I am called by my agency to cone their offices only to find out the company (client) allegedly had decided to terminate my contract. The reason given was that, because one machine had burnt down they were cutting down on staff.
I then signed a separation agreement.

Do I have a legal recourse?
