Hi Guys

I have interest in opening a fast food outlet in the JHB south or north
With limited cash flow and need some advise on what licences and requirements are needed .

Licenses would be suitability for food premises, approval from fire department and council - I think there is one more I cannot remember of hand now thou...

The other obvious like pest control and extractor maintenance certificates also required...

Not the best of times to start out in food due to listorious and less people eating out due to health concerns and the economy in general...
