Is there a private insurance company mandated to cover a business in the IT Engineering industry for WCA? The Compensation commissioners office at Labour dept. seems completely disfunctional.

FEM is an option for the Construction industry and Rand Mutual is an option for the mining, iron, steel and metals industries.
The rest have to deal with the Compensation Commissioner's WCA deal.
Participation is voluntary.
Alcocks Electrical Services | Alcocks Pest Control & Entomological Services | Alcocks Hygiene Services
Thanks Dave,
Yes, I am aware of FEM and RMA. Was hoping there was a more general one. I have been waiting a year for the last registration I applied for. I waited 2 years for the previous one and only got a response when I tried to register the company through FEM. In fact FEM managed to get a registration number from Labour for me.
Anyone have any experience getting new WCA registrations?
JAJAJAJAAJ NICE!
Hello Julie, choosing the workmens compensation insurance depends on various factors. Irrespective of the insurance provider you want, the insurance coverage should be bought as per their job description. Before choosing the coverage, you should understand the limitations of the coverage and check whether they are sufficient or not. The type of workmens compensation insurance also depends on the kind of business you are having. These days, the internet is a great help. You can provide your insurance needs, the total number of employees and your business type. Several insurance providers will send their quotes. You can compare them and choose the best one.
