Does anybody know where I can find market research on the following products:
Crushed Garlic
Crushed Ginger
Crushed Garlic & Ginger
Crushed Chillis

Any advise where to look for any market related information on the above products would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Monique

Not sure what information you are looking for but you used to be able to get import statistics per tariff code from SARS which will give you an idea of volumes imported.

There is a 2012 report on garlic and with a bit of - http://nda.agric.za/docs/AMCP/Garlic2012.pdf. On the Departments of Agriculture (nda.agric.za) there is also a 2016 report on the Garlic Market Value Chain / Herb and spices. It's a searchable site and with a bit of playing around you should be able to find some useful info.
