    Opening balance for one month not correct

    Hallo I really need help please. I have Pastel Express. If I do my reconciliation my months March and April is fine but then when I do my May reconciliation the opening balance is not right??? How do I fix this? Please help me.......I struggle to do my year end all because of this.

    Hi esteevan - did you perhaps do a journal entry in which you used your Bank Account? If you do that then the Cash Book balance changes and it no longer matches your Bank Statement. Pastel normally has a warning screen which pops up if one attempts to do that.
