I did my Wireman's Licence in the UK which is a City & Guilds Qualification as mentioned above.
Is this course recognized in South Africa? Who can I contact?

17th edition not really recognised.
You can get SAQA to evaluate your qualifications. At best they give you an NQF4. I'm a JIB Technician graded sparks in the UK (city and guild 2236 pt 1 and 2 + testing and inspecting, design and verification, Solar PV city and guilds course and 16th and 17th edition) which also didn't count for much.
Depends on what you want to do. Do you want to get your wiremans License here?
