I am new to the forum and believe in diving in the deep side.

I got involved at the DRC where the unions officials prime concern was that there were no contracts for some employees and some others expired.

My question whatever the reason for dismissal, if there was no service contract being 13 years employed what is the relevance? will they ask me to pick from 3 canes and ask me to bend over for 6 of the best, take my bakkie keys away or come up with a fine?
