Recruitment is predominantly a sales role where you will be cold calling both clients and candidates. You will spend time advertising roles, headhunting candidates, interviewing, coaching, consulting and persuading! It’s Fun!!

The ideal Recruitment Consultant should have:
• 1-2 years’ experience working in recruitment or similar sales
• Knowledge of recruitment and the hiring process
• Excellent team working skills
• Organized and responsible
• Able to work with deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hard working and dynamic person
• Good computer skills

You Must Be:

• Self motivated
• Entrepreneurial in your thinking
• Able to handle disappointment
• Money hungry
