When it comes to displaying notices:

Section 30 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act requires all employers to display the employee’s rights at the workplace. It must be in the prescribed form and displayed in the official language(s) spoken by employees at the workplace.
The "prescribed form" in the various official languages is available from the DoL website here.

Section 25(1) of the Employment Equity Act requires all employers to display a summary of the Act in the prescribed format.
EEA3 is available from the DoL website here.
(It seems it has only been made available in English at this point, which doesn't seem entirely equitable )

Also note that employers with five or more persons in their employment must have a copy of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993) and the relevant regulations readily available at the workplace. (We have a summary display notice on this and portions of the Machinery Act and regulations too, which it seems is overkill in our instance).
