HOW TO EXECUTE PROVIDE HELP ORDER
Pairings are usually assigned within 24hrs of pledging and you have 24 hours to execute this order.
1. Click on *Details* to view detailed information of the order (including phone number and wallet address of receiver.
2. Copy the wallet address and pay exact amount via your Blockchain.info account.
3. After payment, obtain the transaction HASH ID (I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET MY TRANSACTION HASH ID,... Please pm me)
4. Make a screenshot of the transaction, because you need to upload Proof of payment.
5. Now go back to your HOC account. Click on:
*Select mode*: select "Payment Gateway"
*Select Payment*: select "Bitcoin"
6. Upload the screenshot of payment.
7. Paste *Hash ID* in the message box.

Re-commit Help can be done once your Provide Help order has been confirmed,... but it becomes mandatory on the 4th day in view of GH on the 5th.
Re-PH should be same amount as PH or higher

3. Fill in the amount in the box provided.

HOW DO I GET HELP??
GH is done by the 5th day after one must have re-PH'd. It is pretty simple and straightforward.
Just log in to your dashboard and click " Get Help"
If Get Help (GH) is not paid by the assigning participants, the admin will pay within 24 hours after GH expiry time.
Get Help (GH) Limit:
Minimum - 10 USD
Maximum - 200 USD
