Forms Designer - Signature on Invoice

Good day to y'all
When I print a pastel invoice, at the bottom it says Signed_____________,
How can I also include the phrase: "Print Name_________"

You can use the formsdesigner to add a text field with "Print Name_________" to the CSDOC... field.
