Is this true, no more appointments for VAT registration unless you are a TP?

@TravisZA, I was informed at our last regional stakeholders meeting that you first need to attempt to register the taxpayer for VAT on efiling. After acquiring a case number on efiling, when making an appointment, you must request a VAT INTERVIEW, not an appointment for a VAT REGISTRATION.
