I'd wait for others to confirm, but my view is that if its a business for profit, then you would need to run and set it up as you would a sole prop / company / partnership. That would be the legal entity owning and running the club. Calling it a "club" in this case is not much more than its branding or trading name or perhaps its internal structure. The legal set up would be just like any other business. Thats in general terms. Specific requirements for a "business social" style venture, I can't say for sure. I doubt there are any, but it may depend on the services you end up trying to provide.
