    Can't Add a company in Pasel V12

    Hi there,
Can anyone help, I am having a problem adding a company that was sent to me from a bookkeeper within our group.
When I go to Manage/add company and select the file the OK button remains greyed out?

    Hi Rosanne,

Is the bookkeeper running the same version and build of Pastel that you are running?

You mention that you selected a "file" - you should be selected a folder, not a file. Perhaps the bookkeeper sent you a backup of the company, in which case the folder would have been zipped into a file. If that is the case, then you will first need to unzip the backup file, so that a folder is created.
