    Serious origami

Want to see some serious origami? Have a look at Robert Lang's creations.

Absolutely amazing. He has developed mathematical rules for origami which help him to create the masterpieces that he does.

Blow your mind with this one. The 2006 design challenge first row on the right -
Brian Chan folded a kraken attacking a Crawfordian sailing ship -- all from a single uncut square of paper!

I had a look at some of the folding sheets, looks like the lost maps to the underworld.... Would get lost in a second...

O well, at least I can fold a jumping frog with origami, just don't ask me to draw up fold line... Still have my first one ever folded... Anyone else try it before?

I vaguely recall one of my kids getting an origami kit as a birthday present many years ago and getting roped in to help with an elephant or something.

It's a memory I'm trying to suppress... Not easy without scissors and glue!
