VLF Test on xlpe cables

I would like to know what the preferred kv setting should be and duration of the VLF test for a 11kv and 22kv xlpe cable.

Is this test on new cabling or diagnostics on old cabling? Is it destructive or non-destructive? I'd suggest refer to IEEE-400.?.2013 for the recognised testing standard.

It diagnostics on old cable.
Im just trying to futher my knowledge and doing some experiments. But thanks for the reply and i will look at that standard.
