Hello Everyone,

I have Pastel Xpress version 14 and my question is - how do you activate a read-receipt function for invoices, statements or other docs sent by pastel to a recipient - without having to email it to yourself first then type the mail, attach the relevant tax invoice, proforma or credit note and then click "request a read-receipt" in outlook?

I need to confirm that when I send a quotation or tax invoice that the recipient received it. Apparently this is a setting that needs to be setup in your MS Outlook? Does anyone have an idea for me
