Hi,
Does anyone know if there are still transfer delays at the Cape Town Deeds Office?
Thanks.

I am not close to the subject matter, but I think 3m is pretty much the norm.

I trust that's not the delay at the deeds office itself
Three months to dot all the i's and cross the t's of the full process sounds about typical here in Kzn, but 5-10 working days is the normal deeds office turnaround time from lodging at deeds office.
I have no idea if there might be a connection with the OP's query, but I did hear a story of a much higher rejection rate than usual in February though. I didn't get given any details, so no idea why that came about exactly.

Likewise here in Gaiteng - 5-7 working days is usual.
