Not too sure I disagree with those OLX terms ... some of them actually make very good sense (especially the privacy stuff). But the limits is a bit open ended methinks, it doesn't state what comprises "the service" - is it only considered as frequency with which the customer advertises, or is it considered how many times you (or perhaps anyone else) views / modifies / replies / posts to / etc. one of your ads? Could get very hairy if the later and a particular item gets extremely popular.
The Tracker stuff is just simply WRONG! The media should be blazoning it out so that Tracker's customers all leave IMMEDIATELY and no-one ever even attempts to open a contract with them until they take out that "you all belong to us and we have no responsibilities to you" -like clause.
As for TellHell and Sanral ... that's about what we expect from them don't we? Not much different to that one from Tracker now is it? "You keep paying OR ELSE, even if we do nothing in return for your payment!"
The VoIP differentiated charges of VC/MTN I can sort of understand. They're in competition with VoIP aren't they? So why should they use their own service to allow their customers to use their competition? But that does make for some "interesting" stuff ... I know of many people who use things like Skype (even on their smart-phones) and that could most definitely be grouped into something similar to VoIP. Does that then mean you pay R10 to R25 per MB if you talk to your child in the UK?
