    We digress... but...

You know, the worst Migraine I ever had lasted 2 weeks and it was because I took Migril....the stuff seems to work for some but it is poison to me. I take a Beta-blocker 3 times a day to stop me from getting migraines...without it my pulse feels like a jackhammer in my head. I am sure that I am going to die from a stroke; I blew my gasket with Telkom over the phone yesterday and I had ringing in my ears for a couple of hours from the rise in blood pressure...and a day long headache...just because I was being a d00$ when I got frustrated with them! I ended up apologizing to the technician whose nuts I ripped off but all the whole thing wasn't a clever move on my part!

We digress further. Migril is radical poison - gives me flu'like symptoms & muscle pain.

Do you perhaps eat bread? I've recently found bread triggers terrible migraines - returning almost every day. Backing off the glutens makes a difference - more of an 'absence of pain'. Weird.
