I'm not sure that this is exactly what you're looking for. All the other videos were 2 to 3 minutes long, so they were not what I'd call user friendly.
Not being an expert, I thought that this guy was at least starting at square one.
Hopefully you might pick up a tip or two, I didn't watch much but it seemed to me this guy has done it before.
