Maybe try finding an established ecommerce site that has terms and conditions that seem about right, and then base yours off that.

Ok the reason i ask is iv had a lawyer draft up one for a few websites i still want to build and he says all i need to do is change the name in the doc for each site and i can use it as much as i like, what the terms and conditions do is actually bind the buyer to South African laws which is pretty good seeing as u can get sued in the U.S for sneezing in public lol... not to sure if this would help you?or how i would even share it?
Here is a guide on how to upload attachments for a post.

You can create a Custom Terms & Condition page for your Ecommerce site. Make sure you've included the Refund policy etc just to be sure.

Most S.A. Ecommerce website use the same, or similar Terms and Conditions, so you could very easily copy another website's and modify it to fit your company needs (i.e. change the name, delivery terms, money back guarantee, etc.
