According to CPF doctrine you need to know your immediate neighbors first.
Two to the right, two to the left, five across the road and five behind.
The only details you need are name and house number, land/main line number owner/tennant cell number cell number of spouse/partner and a backup number of somebody not at the house, the other members can then extend the footprint as they move further up, down and across the street and into the next street.
Put those names and numbers on a card and distribute it to the relevant members and as the organizer get all the numbers you can from the others and compile a master list.
