We are currently working on the website and will be making changes to the layout in January 2013 to keep up with the current trends.
But thank you for the input and are currently working on it

Interesting comparing the two sites, actually.

Grow-a-business has the more glossy look, but the text is trickier to read, could be laid out better, and they should drop the Adsense textad (it hurts credibility on any company website IMHO).

The Shelf Company Warehouse's site is clean, simple and easy to read.

Comparing what the two actually do, Grow-a-business offers more services and at first glance does appear cheaper to register a company, but a deeper analysis reveals that this is not comparing apples for apples.

The other difference I picked up was location - Shelf Company Warehouse covers the major centres and gives the physical addresses of their offices. Grow-a-business just gives a post box in Morningside (JHB I assume).

All said, if I was comparing overall credibility merely by the two websites, for me Shelf Company Warehouse would come out the clear winner.

Hi Dave what do you mean not comparing apples with apples? We do offer a variety of products and their are no hidden costs as our products are offered at the lowest possible price and everything you will need to ensure your business is compliant.

We operate throughout South Africa, most correspondence is done over email, however documents that we require will need are posted to our postal address or clients can drop it off at our office in Woodmead, as you need original documents.

Hope this clears it up. Thanks

    Hi Dastan,

There are a number of variables when trying to figure out the final price for final receipt of any particular product:
    • New company vs shelf company
    • Turnaround time
    • Delivery costs
    • Tax related registrations

All I'm suggesting is there's more to it than the headline price for the company itself and the price sensitive should look before they leap

ps. please take this as constructive criticism intended to be useful to you.

I don't care a hoot what the web site looks like. I have received excellent service way above expectation and managed to change the name of the shelf company I bought in record time. On top of that I received a considerable discount because I bank with FNB.
Excellence is not a skill; its an attitude...
