    CNC is the best for 16mm. I can't see you selling a CNC machined 16mm MDF item at R70 though considering the cost of cutting, cleaning, assembly, finishing (painting), packaging and transport.

    estimate for the poduct cut with a cnc router including the piece of wood 1 off of 300 x 800 x 16mm thick...around R70 cut to shape...a figue someone gave me off the top of his head...still to confirm price once drawings are done.
