Easyfile ver 6.0.2 not working

I have the same problem on ver 6.04.4 which i downloaded today, i have tried uninstalling air and reinstalling, checked my adobe reader, screen res as well as antivirus

Well, my smooth run with E@syfile came to an abrupt end when I tried to print the IRP5's and IT3a's to hand out to my staff.

I had to upgrade to the new version - and now it reports my 201202 return has not been submitted.
I check on eFiling - the return has been submitted, but the EMP501 certificates issued doesn't balance with the EMP201 payments made
I double check eevverrythiinnng! It was all absolutely perfect.

So I called SARS to double check - they've got everything and it all balances too.

"Maybe it's a glitch in the program" is the explanation.

No kidding
