An easy test would be to ftp upload a gig of data to some non P2P server and check your speed, download it and check your speed. It wouldn't surprise me that Telkom would throttle sorry "shape" P2P data, they know full well that are all sharing all sorts of interesting stuff...
I download torrents all the time and the speeds vary tremendously.

Hooray it works again. It took about a half hour for Vuze to 'see' the new port. After that, the NAT tewst said both i/c and o/g ports were 'ok' and away we went.Originally Posted by adrianh
