    read the disclaimer from news 24 on the page before you jump to any conclusions....this must be the friday joke or is it the 1st of april...am i missing something?

    If you scroll down through the comments, the author does advise that it is a satire...

    sadly, the general reaction (across various forums) is much the same. THis is what we EXPECT from our current despots, and it is viewed as just another step to Zimbobwe standard...
