    It's not my fault!

Dictator Bob is a master at laying on the guilt and playing the blame game.
Zimbabwean state media on Sunday blamed the country's cholera outbreak, which has claimed nearly 600 lives, on European sanctions imposed on the regime of President Robert Mugabe.

"The cholera outbreak is a clear example of the effects of sanctions on innocent people," The Sunday Mail newspaper said in its editorial as the European Union prepared to tighten sanctions on the government.

"The people who are suffering most are not politicians they claim they want to punish, but poor people," the newspaper said.

"All the victims (of cholera) are as a result of the freezing of balance of payments support, depriving the country of foreign currency required to buy chemicals to treat our drinking water."

Don't worry - caring Bob will protect you from those nasty bullies. Watch this!
Zimbabwe's government has accused former colonial ruler Britain of using a cholera epidemic to rally Western support for an invasion of the collapsing southern African nation, a state-run newspaper said on Sunday.

President Robert Mugabe has in the past week come under pressure from the international community, especially Western nations who accuse him of ruining the once prosperous country and exposing its people to famine and disease.

Charamba added that the growing Western criticism signalled a plot to oust Mugabe's government militarily.

They won't dare to invade with their corrupt Western healthcare and food aid programs now.

    Take that Great Britain!

    Does this sound familiar.
His rule was characterized by human rights abuses, political repression, ethnic persecution and extrajudicial killings. The number of people killed as a result of his regime is unknown: estimates from human rights groups range from 100,000 to 500,000.
Mad Bob Mugabe, no another conqueror of the British Empire, Idi Amin Dada.
Let's be fair, not all come from Africa, there are many who have qualified as despotic leaders. See an incomplete list of modern day dictators here on Wikipedia

It's the denial of personal responsibility that gets me.

Zimbabwe is a mess and its President of 20+ years is blameless? A mere innocent victim of the old colonial regime's totally unreasonable campaign against him?

      What BS!

His people are dying and he still trots out this garbage.

From the wiki on brain damage:

Brain injury whether from stroke, alcohol abuse, traumatic brain injury, or B vitamin deficiency can sometimes result in Korsakoff's Psychosis, where the individual engages in confabulations. Confabulations involve the inability to separate daydream memory from real memory and the filling in of memory lapses with daydreams. Korsakoff's Psychosis can be easily mis-diagnosed as schizophrenia.

Hmmmm.... Anyone care to speculate on the lifestyles of dictators?
