Serious joke of this day...or is it?

I found the following paragraph tucked away in the Durban.gov.za site which sets out our Durban Mayor's CV and claim to fame.

Mr Mlaba has worked for such industry giants as the South African Breweries and South
Africa’s largest electricity provider, Eskom. During his tenure as Manager of Business
Development at Eskom, Mr Mlaba introduced the concept of strategic planning and
visioning to the organisation, a relatively new concept in 1994

    administrator dilemma

I apologise for not knowing where to post my serious joke of the day. I considered the bar rail, the chat section, the business side and then realised that this is a malaise of the state of the nation so it ended up here.

Feel free to put it in another section if you like.

They're right, though. Consulting the shop floor for strategic planning input was a relatively new concept in 1994. The results of this amazing innovation are in, I guess.

What did he do at SA Breweries, or are they a little mum on that?
