Dear Vlad and the Russians.
Remember the E-Toll saga where the public refused to pay the tolls and the SA Government broke itself trying to shore up the shortfall?
Well you are entering a bigger minefield than that and I hope you know it, besides the future public refusing to pay for your nuclear power stations the SA Government will be bankrupt soon and you will be the last person they pay (they have to support themselves first you know?)
One day soon we will have either a reformed ANC Government or an Opposition Government and they will say to you.
"You want money? Jou Ma, by that I mean go to Joemat Pietersen, ex president JZ, his heirs and his NEC and ask them for it, we did not ask for it so I don't see why we should pay for it!
