JZ reveals his/governments take on the Constitution?

I'm not sure if I was totally alert when a snip of a Parlimentary Debate was aired the other night but I am certain I heard JZ say that the majority have more rights and was wondering whether, based on this statement, the Constitution has any chance of surviving. I suspect he was perhaps a little rattled by the opposition questions and didn't choose his response words correctly however what one says is founded on what one believes and so I am left interpreting that as those who support and vote for the ANC have more rights than those that don't. Its perplexing that that there hasn't been a public outcry on his utterances.

The ANC also think that, because they are in power, they have control over the judiciary and can tell the courts and the National Prosecutor what to do. In short, they think that they are above the law. Is it because JZ was successful in having all the cases against him dropped?

We have our local constitutional laws and then we have our international rights that is protected by the UN. United Nations: Human Rights

Now if the other “political parties” had any concern for the public and its safety they will go to our local UN offices and file their complains and have their concerns noted.

How many times did this happen? Exactly...

Nothing new. Right from the get go JZ has made it plain he's prepared to eliminate all resistance to get his way, including when the constitution and judiciary get in the way.

Even now it seems he might be using his special brand of influence to garner support for his re-election at Mangaung.
