Well, not quite. But I've just come through Van Reenens pass this evening and the hail was so thick on the ground it looked like it had snowed!
Unfortunately my camera was in the boot and I wasn't getting out of the truck tracks I was following for anything. It looked like a truck had lost traction going up one section and had blocked everything trying to go North. They were just sitting around waiting for the melt - I wasn't going to risk the same fate.
