Getting Busier?

Is it my imagination or is the forum getting busier?

I'm sure there's more new posts to go through each evening than there used to be. Maybe it's just my reading speed is getting slower.

I noticed for the first time today the site is now ranked in the twenties, I've only ever seen rankings in the thirties before.

I don't have anything useful on the post rate stats (I'm sure they're growing though), but on traffic I've got data that goes back to June 2007.

We have our ups and downs, but overall the visit trend is promising



Even more encouraging is our returning visitor stats - we were 22 short of 6000 returning visitors last month.



As for SA Topsites, the goal was discussed to get in the top 50 in March 08 (front page used to be the top 50). Our average uniques stat was sitting at about 125 per day back then...

Well I'm glad it's been a success and a well deserved one. I just hope it doesn't get too much more popular in case you get tempted to sell it.

Not much chance of that. This falls in my "service to others" zone and all going well, will end up in my legacy box.
