Google Search suggestions

Anybody got any ideas on how to manipulate the search suggestions short of doing the same search over and over again manually.

I'm not too sure what you are trying to do. You want to favorably alter a websites ranking? You can always plant a Google bomb.

The problem is that when a client of mine types his own name in Google, it suggests references to an unfortunate incident. Yes the incident happened and a lot of people looked at it but it has come to pass. The client is restoring his reputation and having the incident highlighted each time somebody searches for his business is counter productive.

As far as I know you can only stop this page showing up as a search result if the owner of the website it appears on does some juggerypokery to instruct the google spiders to ignore it. I don't know of anything you can do as a third party unfortunately.

I wote a Delphi program that does the same search over and over again using different log on credential. - We wait n see if it works.

Sounds a bit black hat - you might only succeed in getting the search term activity discounted or heavily penalised.
