Well the music to some can be funny and to others not so funny. I personally dislike the song. His humour comes down to clichés “come to think of it a lot of clichés”. Anyway he is making his money and his popularity will probably peak soon.

Myself being “half Goth half Metal-head” find his “views” one-sided... However there are life-lessons in his music and brings forth an uncensored mentality towards the public. How long it will last is really up to his own abilities as an artist and his willingness to evolve in his art.

I think keep an eye on him, his music can evolve into something really powerful.

I completely agree with you, music must be what YOU enjoy and if his music gives you joy and help you relax then yes. For me the sounds “melodic-metal” and a good voice like that of Tarja Turunen makes my worries melt away. And that is what music is all about. It is about what you want to feel and how it makes you feel.

What most people do is they want to categorise people by their music taste and for me that just limits your enjoyment. I say listen to the stuff you do like and listen to the stuff you don’t like because there is always something that clicks with your personality and stick in the back of your head.
