Purely for interest (I make no money for advertising or mentioning this product, wish I did....)
I bought an electronic cigarette (NJOY) and, it actually works!!! I've been smoking for about 15 years, and have tried everything (Ziban, Nicorette patches, gum, spray etc). In this department I've got zero willpower. Its been 5 days and Ive only been smoking the electronic gadget. I've completely given up the traditional cigarettes, and have also been smoking less. No bad odours, I feel good, no bad breath....I figure if I carry on like this for two weeks I'll drop the gadget as well.
