A Happy New Year to everybody!

Hi chrismine. It has been a while since you last made a post. The Forum SA works best with participation, so why not take a moment to ask a question or post a comment during your visit today.

I wanted to do post the message anyway - now everybody's happy!

Best Wishes to all for a great New Year as well.

Personally, it's going to be the best year ever !!

We finally realised a 15 year old dream of buying a house on the South coast (with a sea view), and to top it all, with the current property market conditions, got a bigger and better place that we thought we could afford, at a lot less than we thought we would have to spend ( 30% below property's value ).

Now we just got to do the packing, moving, unpacking, maintenance, renovations and tweaks, etc, etc -- so we gonna be far too busy to have a bad year.

I may not post a lot but I check the forums regularly. I have seen the message for the first time yesterday. Let's say I am a passive participant.

I think such a message will not "force" somebody to post if he has nothing to say.
