2022 is almost here

A couple days to go ...

I cant believe 2021 went so quick.

I hope to change a few things in the new year year ... no new years resolutions for me ... but there are a few things I would like to try and improve in the new year ... mostly business related stuff.

My approach to dealing with customers is going to change slightly ... focusing more on making sure the sites I work on a compliant.

2022 ... I want to make sure that if any one of my customer decide to sell their property I must be able to do a quick test and be able to issue the COC without any major surprises.

This requires customer participation, may be a difficult task, having to spend money right now as opposed to postponing to later.

90% of the jobs I completed this year involved "upgrading" existing properties.

One thing to understand is 100% of my customer base is word of mouth.

It looks as if 2022 is going to start off well. My phone has been ringing.
